ME, as we had acquired some extra things and needed more space than our 2015 Honda CRV provided. This was a much needed addition for a drive back to Tucson, AZ from a three month stay in Portland. Do yourself a favor and find any other company to order from. If I could do the whole thing over, I would order from anyone else. This whole experience leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. So, now, we have no cargo carrier for our belongings, we have no replacement able to be delivered before we leave, we have a refund that is contingent upon the pickup of damaged goods which may not even be feasible since the delivery company (Estes) that Etrailer uses isn’t able to fulfill the delivery date originally provided, in turn domino effect delaying the customer’s ability to receive/check/return the goods. Also, we are being told we need to have the damaged product picked up but there is a minimum of 3 days wait for that to happen. Now, since the carrier is broken, we can’t use it for the intended travel. This purchase was to carry our traveling belongings back to Florida from our vacation- a month long California rental. After getting all of the trailer hitch parts assembled and installed, I noticed that there was significant damaged on several parts of the actual cargo carrier. However, I had family in town from April 10th until April 16th so I didn’t start unpacking the delivery to assemble/install until the evening of April 16th. She told me that my delivery would be the following day (April 14), and she even reached out to me the following day to make sure I received my delivery - which I had. She was considerate, listened to my concerns and was helpful. Finally, on Thursday, April 13th, I reached out to Etrailer’s customer service. April 7th came and went without any delivery. The follow up email I got from George at Etrailer said that my order would be delivered on April 7, 2023, by Estes. I placed my order for the Thule Combi 765C on March 27, 2023.
